Each villa has 8 apartments, four on the top floor, four on the ground floor. Each apartment of 45 m2 has one bedroom, corner kitchen and living area with bed sofa, bathroom with shower and a storage area. The apartments on the ground floor all have a garden and veranda. Gardens measure from 37 m2 to 52 m2. The top floor apartments have balconies and terraces. Each villa has a covered parking area for the residents with additional parking for guests. The apartments all come with air conditioning and top quality furniture packs will be provided on request.
