One step closer to paradise

Traditional ”baglio” (castle) near Segesta, Trapani

This 1,000 sqm large, beautiful baglio is located in a hilly, green agricultural area near the temple valley of Segesta and two international airports.
Price: 1,000,000 euro.

This antique property is of historical importance. The style is traditional Sicilian, and today it is hard to find preserved baglios of this kind. Here you have several options – the baglio can be used as a spacious private residence with attached agricultural lands. Today the property has 10,000 sqm of lands with olives, but it is of course possible also to grow other kind of products on it. If wanted, it is most likely possible to purchase at least 13-15 ha more of lands. Another option is to convert the building into a hotel and/or restaurant. The proximity to the airports of Palermo and Trapani makes such a solution very interesting.

The buildings are in need of renovation. At interest we can provide a renovation proposal. We also offer English speaking project management during the entire renovation process.
